Refund policy

In the case of a item needing refunded. Item must be shipped to the return address to receive a full refund. 

Refunds may take up to 28 working days.Please return items with 48hrs of receiving your package ✨

We do not cover return postage costs as a small Buisness but will refund the full amount paid for the item at time of sale, once we have received the item.

In the event you are paying off large items - you can not cancel or swap these large items whilst paying the piece off. Money paid towards this item is non refundable - please only choose the item your fully committed to fully paying and receiving. 

Statement pieces can't be swapped once you have started paying off a certain piece. This makes it fair for the seller and customer.

We do not cover any breakages or loss or damages once the package has arrived safe & confirmed delivery, so please look after your items.

We are a small business & like many other small buisness we do not offer product warranty if they havent been damaged or broke in delivery. As once delivered these items are your property and we don't control the care of these minerals
